Permits are required in a few states to possess certain species of snakes.

Please place all snake orders by email.   This allows us to ensure the desired snake is available, and specifics can be discussed.  Please note that we do not take orders by phone.   Shipping charges are per rate map.

Payment:  Payment may be by Credit Card through PayPal, or by Postal Money Order.  We WILL NEVER CHARGE A FEE FOR PAYPAL.  PayPal is a convenience for us as much as it is a convenience for you, so the fee assessed to us for accepting credit cards via PayPal is our responsibility, not yours.  No personal checks will be accepted unless previously discussed and agreed upon.  Payment, in full, must be verified prior to shipping. 

Reservations/Deposits:  We will hold an animal with no deposit for 1 week or until there is another offer or request for that specific animal, whichever is longer.  We are flexible on hold periods with deposits, but  all deposits are nonrefundable.

All hatchlings are eating frozen/thawed unless otherwise stated.

Available snakes are often listed in "males.females.unsexed" format, so:

1.1 means 1 male and 1 female available

1.0 is one male

0.1 is one female

0.0.5 means there are 5 hatchlings available, their sex is undetermined

All prices are each snake, NOT including shipping, unless otherwise stated.

"Quantity" discounts may be available, so feel free to e-mail us with any questions! 

Shipping Terms

We ship nationwide!

Snake shipping charges are based on the clickable shipping rate map above.

Prearranged local pick ups are possible, but visits to our facility are not allowed.  Prepayment is required for all local pick-ups.

We prefer to ship live snakes to business addresses, or for pickup at a local FedEx facility.  (Typically FedEx/Kinko's) This is the safest, most reliable method of delivery!!!

If shipping to a business address is not an option, click here, enter your zip code, check only the boxes labeled "FedEx Staffed" and "Hold at Location", then click "Find Locations".  This will show the FedEx facilities where you may pick up your package. If neither option is available, please contact us and we will work something out.

We guarantee our animals will arrive healthy and properly sexed (unless sold unsexed, of course!).  If there is any problem, please contact us within 24 hours.  The snakes will be shipped overnight in boxes insulated with 1/2 or 3/4 inch styrofoam and heat/cold packs as appropriate.  We can only ship within the continental United States.  Shipping days are Monday through Wednesday only, to prevent unlikely -but possibly fatal- weekend layovers. 

Live arrival guarantee is only valid if the shipment is received on the first delivery attempt.  All shipments are subject to possible weather delay.  We will cancel a shipment and reschedule if there is any reason at all to suspect possible danger to the animal. 

No shipments will be made between December 10 and January 10 to avoid all Holiday traffic.
